What is Vincla?
An app to track your cycle, your period and your fertility, and share with your partner, family or friends only what you choose, so they understand you without you having to explain everything.
What does the person I link with see?
Only what you switch on for them, one item at a time, and only for today. Change it whenever you like in Your bond → Privacy.
How do I link with someone?
The person supporting you types your code or scans your QR in Your bond, and you accept the request. They see nothing until you accept.
How do I stop sharing?
In Your bond you can switch off each item or unlink completely. The other person stops seeing it straight away.
Is it free?
Yes, with ads. Premium costs €1.99 a month or €12.99 a year and removes the ads; it also includes the report for your doctor, your cycle patterns, custom symptoms, linking up to 5 people and caveman mode, among other things.
How do I cancel Premium?
In Google Play: your photo → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Vincla → Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
I have a gift code. Where do I enter it?
In the app, go to Premium → "Got a gift code?". It is for people who have never had Premium and can be used once.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the European Union, and it is encrypted on your phone. We never sell your data. You can export or delete it at any time in Settings. More in the privacy policy.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot your password?". You will get an email from soporte@vincla.eu; if you can't see it, check your spam folder.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, in Settings, or by following Delete your account. All your data is deleted.
What is caveman mode?
A fun Premium mode: the gorilla swaps the texts for funnier ones. Sensitive things (symptoms, pain, when to see a doctor) are still said seriously.
Can I use it as contraception?
No. Vincla is not a medical device or a contraceptive method, and it does not diagnose. Dates are estimates.
Is there an iPhone version?
For now it is Android only, on Google Play. iPhone will come later.
How old do I need to be?
14 in Spain; in other countries, whatever their law sets. The app asks when you create your account.
